Standard questions were asked like where do you see youself in 5 years,about projects I had done (details) very general and easy.there was stress interview for some of them followed by telephonic interview where they asked the same questions again.

Three interviews consisting cultural fit, knowledge and problem solving, Cultural fit was conducted relatively informally with a panel of two similarly ranked members (akin t your applied role). Skills, knowledge and problem solving involved practical exercises conducted with two superiors not necessarily from a similar sector.
