Interview
There were 4 stages to get through. After submitting your application, you shortly get asked to perform an online assessment. The online assessment was unlike any other assessment I have done - it was like playing fun math games online. Then I was asked to do a video interview. I had to answer 4 behavioural style questions - 1 minute to think and then about 1.5 minutes to answer. You could not re-record your answer. Once you pass this stage, I received an invitation to attend the Launchpad. Because of covid, there was no case study this year so I just had a Teams meeting with two people from the service line I applied for and answered some behavioural style questions. My interview was quite relaxed, it felt more like a conversation and they were pretty nice - lasted about 25 minutes. You also get some time to ask them some questions at the end. I regularly received updates from grad recruiting so the whole process was smooth and easy to understand.

Very friendly but still formal. Was interviewed by two people and asked a variety of behavioral questions alongside questions about the key values of KPMG. Also got to ask questions at the end.
Introduction presentation given to all candidates about the process and timeline. Interviews were conducted by groups of 1-3 interviewers in an open floor layout. Very casual and laidback experience. They ask you a variety of basic interview questions.

It went smoothly and I was invited to a second round interview. Nervous about what happens at the second round interview. I was notified that there will be a partner and senior lawyer
