I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kayako (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2016
Interview
HR contacted me through linked-in and as the office was close to my present office she scheduled my F2F discussion with Senior guy next day. I reached on time at venue and that guy looked at my resume which has most of the development experience in 'XYZ' language (which was not listed in their requirement) in various domains. After observing for 2-3 minutes he found my profile too weak and said i do not know what should i ask from you and then formality starts with some basic questions and ended after 4-5 such questions(which i answered decently).
Within 3-4 minutes he showed that he will not take me at all and my profile is good for nothing.
This attitude is does not suit the professionalism at this level, you have to respect others and if by mistake HR shortlisted the wrong profile, respect the candidate.
Everyone's time is precious and if you have good knowledge then learn to digest it.
PS: I have worked with big product companies and cracked the interviews of many big names, so i know and understand the interview process.
