I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Orange Park, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was very professional and I learned about the company from its CEO and also explained how I could contribute to the organization. Lane talked about his history with KW and how he became the team leader of that particular office .
I was asked to give a small history of my skills and experience while also showing how those same skills could be of use to KW and the mission they supported. I was to understand the offer if one would be made and the salary. I also let lane know that I was happy to have the experience in learning about real estate and just being able to gain more clerical experience.

Interview
Thorough interview process. Took a test before being hired that was computer based. Interview went over contents of that test. Interview overall wasn’t too bad and people running the interview were professional and nice.

Interview
They have a very extensive interview process where they make you jump through hoops. The first step, a phone interview, followed by an hour long questionarre/survey. Then, an in person interview. To only call references and go through a group interview to not be hired. Not only wasted my time but my references too.
