The hiring process was very in depth. 5 interviews (Phone with recruiter, phone with hiring manager, video call with 4 members back to back, presentation to team members, video with vp) After the final round, I was told me I'd hear early the next week. They never reached out, so I followed up the following week and was told I didn't get the role. I asked for feedback to use in my interviewing process, and received no response. I followed up 2 weeks later and finally got a response a week after. I spent 6+ hours interviewing, plus created a whole 45 minute presentation with a plan, and would have expected someone to call to let me know I didn't get the role, let alone a timely email and feedback.
