Very friendly people, from HR first contact to senior technical interviewer. Typical interview process - HR vetting to determine company suitability & corporate culture fit to technical interview to gauge skillset level and area of focus. HR was keen to know reasons for leaving current company and exact salary requirements needed. Technical interview was scenario based.

Scenario based interview - describing process and high level dot points for scenario with whiteboard presentation. (Eg: large scale Exchange on premise to Office 365 migration). Also what pitfalls have been encountered and real life experiences have contributed to knowledge.

you go through a phone call first with their recruiter, then asked to come in person for an interview at the office, relaxed interview process once they make sure you have a good technical background
