I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Hamilton, OH)
Interview
I got a call about two weeks after applying online. They told me to come in and only had certain dates they were interviewing and certain times. Ended up being a group interview with about 4 other people. He asked us all the same questions, and we went in line basically and ordered them. It took about 2 hours for the interview. I am not a big fan of group interviews and I also wasn't told it was going to be one, so I wasn't exactly excited for it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Question 1
Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Question 1
They asked me to be available for a zoom call at a specified time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
