Interview
Group interview. Everyone goes around and answers each question either about past experience or situational behavior. They dismissed who they didn't want to hire and had the rest of us fill out paperwork for reference checks.

Question 1
Tell us about one time you went above and beyond for a customer to give exceptional customer service.
Interview was easy. But the job was chaotic and unorganized. Managers were rude. Coworkers were pleasant. Return policy is terrible so only work here if you can deal with old things and used products.
All done online. It was all done by Zoom. It was very easy. Not hard. It only took a few minutes. They told me to come to the store. I did and they hired me.
The hiring manager was thorough and informative about the position. He shared some benefits that associates could use while they are employed with the company. One benefit, he shared was the flexibility work schedule.
