Group interview for seasonal
Everyone spoke and were involved. We were told to try and “sell” an item to the interviewer. Each person had an opportunity. Afterwards they called everyone back for individual interviews
All done online. It was all done by Zoom. It was very easy. Not hard. It only took a few minutes. They told me to come to the store. I did and they hired me.
Interview was easy. But the job was chaotic and unorganized. Managers were rude. Coworkers were pleasant. Return policy is terrible so only work here if you can deal with old things and used products.
The hiring manager was thorough and informative about the position. He shared some benefits that associates could use while they are employed with the company. One benefit, he shared was the flexibility work schedule.
