I applied online. I had to complete a recorded video interview through HireVue within 2 days of their initial contact. Then, I completed 2 back to back skype interviews. Finally, they flew me to a production plant for the final in person interview, which was a presentation about myself.

Online assessment, online interview, Skype interview, onsite. They invest a lot of time into hiring interns. Prepare for both the interviews and the on-site day. Everyone I met was very nice.
