I was called in for a group interview which asked us to role play certain customer service scenarios. I was called back after this for a follow up where I was offered a few options for positions within the store and a oral drug test was done.

Easy interview asked basic background information and customer service questions. Only 1 person interviewed me and I was hired on the spot. The questions were very short and sweet. Mostly just one sentence answers
quick, wanted me to start immediately; they can't get enough people to work in my area, so they were willing to work with me. Offered me the schedule I wanted right off the bat
