2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.

Interview
My interview process was different from others due to the fact that I had been a Kumon student for so many years prior. My mom became good friends with the manager at our local Kumon so all that was really needed was an interest in working there. I was asked a few basic questions and that was about it.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
