Interview
Asked a few questions and then hired me on the spot. I met with the head of the branch for about thirty minutes, where she asked me a couple of questions about my experience with kids and tutoring. She also asked me what my level of math and reading was. She hired me after our thirty minute conversation and wanted me to start working that day.

Question 1
What experience do you have with kids? Any tutoring experience?
1. It was a brief phone call it figure out a schedule whether you can come in to taken an exam.
2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning. By tailoring teaching methods to individual learning styles, I fostered a strong sense of interest and participation in the subjects at hand
