4 Step Process - 1st Stage - Review of CV 2nd Stage - An interview with external HR to assess suitability with the role. You are asked basic questions related to the experience you have displayed in your CV. 3rd Stage - Interview with the local Team Head for the Legal Department. Asks in-depth questions related to the experience stated in your application. Asked questions related to experience to further check your proficiency. 4th Stage - Personal interview with the Legal Head from the UK Team (Unsure about requirements, as I did not reach that stage).

There were 5 rounds in total: 1st round Online assessment 2nd round Resume shortlisting 3rd round HR round 4th round Technical Round 5th round Manager round Then I got the offer which I accepted
