I applied online. I interviewed at Kwik Trip (Arcadia, WI) in Jan 2018
Interview
The first interview consisted of a bunch of situational questions. Other questions asked were about past work experience and what jobs/tasks/responsibilities you had for those previous jobs. They also asked to provide your availability to work during the week/weekends.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Was there ever a time where you witnessed someone (either at work or outside of work) being dishonest or breaking the rules? How did you react and what did you do about it?
At your previous job, has there ever been a time at work where a friend/family member comes in during your shift, asking for free merchandise? If so, how did you handle it?
Tons of "what would you do" questions and no way if telling how its going, they just say the store should be in touch. Be careful of the store you choose cause you can't transfer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kwik Trip (Madison, WI) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very simple interview process, straight forward. You simply go in tell them a little about yourself and then they ask you some questions from a sheet they have and they read you a bunch of things and that its if they talk about a drug test you're hired.

Question 1
If you caught a coworker stealing how would you handle it
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kwik Trip (Rhinelander, WI) in Mar 2022
Interview
Was sent through 2 rounds of interviews with different managers before hiring. Fairly standard questions. They are pretty open to hiring most people since the store is constantly understaffed. They are surprisingly strict, however, I've met many people who choose to interview, but never hear back.
