A recruiter reached out to me initially and scheduled a call with an HR rep from Loth for a 30 minute phone screen. Two weeks after the phone screen and multiple attempts to reach out to Loth and recruiter for a follow up, I was told they would like to have me in for a 2nd interview on-site. Great! But, after another week and a half of "trying to schedule the interview" I was told they filled the position. Three and half weeks of wasted time and added stress to my plate and not even a opportunity to meet with the hiring manager.
