Recruited by a former coworker that I had worked with a few years before. It was pretty painless. I sat down with the manager, we talked about the position, my background, and what the expectations were. They wanted me and I accepted the offer.

Very detailed and well rounded process. Two interviews and took over two weeks to get back with a decision. Dress professionally and research what to wear for LV prior to stand out.
