I recently went through the interview process for a Project Manager role at Lantana Consulting Group. Here's a high-level overview: Initial Screening with HR Recruiter: Brief phone interview focusing on my background, experience, and interest in the role. Interview with Project Team Members: Video interview with two team members, discussing my project management experience and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies. Interview with Subject Matter Expert (SME): Video interview with an SME, focusing on technical skills and knowledge related to healthcare IT standards and data exchange. Final Interview with an executive: Video interview with an executive, discussing career goals, alignment with company values, and strategic vision for the role. Overall Experience: The entire process took about a month, was well-coordinated, and provided a comprehensive understanding of the role and company. The interviewers were professional and engaging, and the mix of questions helped assess both technical and cultural fit.
