In person interview followed by a panel discussion on the job details. Too many presenters. The office was small and there was an odd smell coming from the hallway. The receptionist was nice. The owner did not show up.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Legacy Creators Group (Omaha, NE) in Nov 2023
Interview
Different type of process. Started 20 minutes later than I was scheduled and took a long time (2 hours). I was taken back to meet with one individual who I assumed was a hiring manager, then quickly ushered into a conference room where I waited for another 20-25 minutes and given a worksheet while waiting for the other interviewees to show. After a presentation from the manager I was then sent to another manager for a follow up. I was left confused who was actually the head of the interview process. Later that day I was called back for the final round of interviews.
