The interview consisted of one phone interview for 1 hour talking with the manager, supervisor, and another designer. Then there was an in person interview with the manager, supervisor, and another designer asking questions about my experience along with hearing more about the role of the position. Overall, hiring took a couple weeks to get an offer letter contingent on good references.
