Had a group interview with a group of 15 people in one session. They'll bring you to the coffee shop and ask you mostly 3-4 behavioural questions and decide who is the best fit for the position.
We will pair you up with another person in the session, discuss with each other and explain why the other person is more fit in this position than you?
