The initial interview went well and I was advised there will be a second interview with the National Account Manager which will be scheduled by the end of the day. Never heard back from the TA but after sending her emails requesting my status, I received an email stating they decided to move forward with other candidates. I am very well qualified for the position with many years of hands-on experience using LexisNexis products - I am confident I was passed-on due to my age. Also, the exact same position was re-posted one day prior to my receiving the pass email despite "moving on with other candidates". Very unprofessional!
