Interview
Interview was pretty straightforward; first there was a test which assessed your ability to answer some numerical brainteasers and statistical questions. Then there was a 1 on 1 interview that was primarily fit, but also some numerical questions thrown in there as well.
e.g. (test) How many square feet in the US?, What is the r-squared of this data?

There were two interviews. One with an HR Campus Recruiter and another with the department I worked with. There were no technical questions asked. Most were "Tell me about a time..."

The interview was conducted over a full business day with multiple managers in various departments. The interview covered many aspects of what is required of an intern in various departments.

My application led to a phone interview, involving a resume discussion and behavioral questions. Despite my efforts, the interview ended without an offer, highlighting the need for continued improvement. It was something to learn from.
