Applied through university job posting and received an email to set up phone interview after about 2 weeks. I was asked mostly behavioral questions that I have seen in other interviews before so I would say it was a pretty typical interview. I suggest preparing answers more related to the job you are applying for rather than general behavior answers, which I suppose should be obvious.
