Have interviews with 4 people, mainly talk about the company, my experience on the resume. Not too many technical questions. Focus on the management ability and what projects I have done and how I handle them. All of them are nice and easy-going.

The process was typical. A first interview with the immediate supervisor and the department's lead. Then a second interview with SVP and a member of management. The first interview went well. The second was when they showed their true colors.

Three rounds of interviews - first with the hiring manager and then 2 with the team. All fairly standard, no trick/pointless questions. Unfortunately, there was a hiring freeze during the process and the opening was cancelled.
