First you solve a 2 h long technical test. There are some standard data modelling, SQL and OOP questions (Java, C#). In previous versions of test you had to create a data model and write some SQL queries. In current version of test, you have to select the right answer form few possible answers. If you pass, you go to a brief technical interview.
