Competency questions - explaining times you've shown skills such as; teamwork, leadership, problem solving, resilience etc.
Final Interview was a grilling over the CV. They will go for you and see how you react to being put under severe pressure

Online application involving my CV and any other relevant information, then a range of tests including numerical and situational reasoning which were fairly easy nothing too challenging, asked to do a phone interview after that which lasted around 15 minutes, and the next stage was an assessment centre but I didnt attend this as other roles came up
