Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes (Edina, MN) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was two parts. The first step was completing a "test" to make sure you had a working knowledge of phonics, spelling, and reading. I was unaware of this portion, so it caught me off gaurd but I found it was quite basic knowledge. The second part was in person with some simple questions being asked. Mine was with the direct supervisor and he was very welcoming and kind.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
