The interview went well - I was nicely welcomed by an HR team member and then interviewed by 2 polite and professional team members. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes followed by 1-hour written task. I was told they would let me know their decision by a certain date which they didn't so I followed up - this was what I thought could have been handled better as it implied lack of professionalism and respect to a certain extent. Also, I asked for a feedback which would be useful for a future job search and did not hear back. Apart from that, great experience and I am positive that whoever received the offer will love working for this college.

Interview
It was a standard interview in which the staff were very friendly and accommodating. As I was interviewing for the role of a holiday camp assistant, the interview was not overly strenuous.
