Someone called and said they would arrange a video interview with their manager for me. He called me back 20 minutes later saying that he had to reschedule the interview and would get back to me by the next day. I did not received any email from him, so I took the initiative to send him an email, and he replied that he would get back to me on Monday. In the end, I never heard from him. If you decided not to proceed with the application or the interview for whatever reason, at least have the courtesy to inform the applicant.
