Quick, good HR manager who is responsive. The interview was thorough and I had the chance to ask as many questions as I wanted to at the end of it.

Someone called and said they would arrange a video interview with their manager for me. On the day, the manager briefly described the job duties for about 5 minutes, but then he had to put the interview on hold as he was interrupted by an urgent call from a client. He called me back 20 minutes later saying that he had to reschedule the interview and would get back to me by the next day. I did not received any email from him, so I took the initiative to send him an email, and he replied that he would get back to me on Monday. In the end, I never heard from him. If you decided not to proceed with the application or the interview for whatever reason, at least have the courtesy to inform the applicant.
