I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Littledata (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Lots of red flags from day one. No one showed up for my first interview. I emailed a week later asking if they still needed someone for the position, and they said yes (no apology for not showing up for the first interview.) The second and third interviews were fine and happened within a week or two. Then, I was told to provide a reference and HR said they hoped to work with me soon. I was feeling excited, but then I didn't hear anything for over a week. I asked my reference if they had heard from LD. They hadn't. I followed up with LD, and they said that they were trying to get funds for the role I interviewed for, but asked if I was interested in 10 hours a week in the interim. I said yes and wanted to know when I would start and what the rate would be. No response. I followed up again a few days later. Still, no response. I emailed one final time expressing my disappointment and concern with the lack of communication at LD. Even though I was very much interested in the 10-hour interim position, I needed some reassurance. I have to make necessary decisions in my job search, and I wanted some more informative communication to be able to do that. No response to that either. I'm guessing I won't hear from them again, but all in all, it was a rough interview process. And I was really disappointed at how they conducted everything. Even though I accepted an offer via email, I haven't started working for them.

Interview
First I talked with HR then I had an interview with engineering team lead and finally I talked with the CEO. They asked about the experiences I had and then I solved a couple of algorithm questions.

Interview
Well structured interview process. Enjoyed it and learnt a lot as well. First round was with the Talent Head who explained the process really well and made sure that I am clear about the process.
Second round was with their Product head, it was behavioural round. The interviewer was very polite and bring the best out of me.
3rd round was with the founder and it was more on how I think, what are company's objective and other general things
4th round was again with Product head. It was product sense round where one product design question was given. Evaluation was more based on the thought process and how structured it is rather than right or wrong answer.
Best part is that the whole interview process involved quick feedback loops. I loved that after each round, they asked for feedback from my side as well.
Talent head was prompt to reply about any doubts, rescheduling etc.
