Applied online through company website and received an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone call interview. First round - 30 minute phone call with a recruiter Second round - 45 minute Interview with manager

Interview
HR interview then VP interview. HR was easy, interviewer was very laid back and conversational. For the second round, the VP seemed completely uninterested and unenthusiastic and didn't even ask why I wanted to work there.
