A two stage process. The process was explained very well initially and the interviewers were very professional throughout. At no point were they trying to catch me out and they made me feel at ease

Soft interview, hard skill were reviewed in pre screening, tell me about yourself, describe strengths etc. Nothing top difficult to pass without practise, asked about achievements and previous experience nothing too technical

Telephone interview followed by an on site with multiple heads of department. Seems a nice place to work, salary however too low for what they were expecting from a candidate.
