A list of questions was provided via email that were relevant to the role that allowed me to provide more background in regard to my relevant experience and why I was interested and looking for a new role. The team was prepared with questions to ensure that I would be a good technical and cultural fit and provided me with feedback as to which points resonated the most with the role. They were clear on next steps, were open on the timing of decision, and were in touch with their decision just as expected.
