I had three people interview me all at the same time in a very small room. Each one of them took turns asking me questions. The interview was an hour long. I had to come in an hour early and watch an informational video about the company. It was mostly all situational questions. They would have been very difficult if I had not gotten ready for them the day before my interview.

I had a great phone interview with the hiring manager. Within a week they got back to me with an offer, and i accepted a week later. It was probably the best interview i have ever been a part of. The manager spent more than 10 minutes telling me everything i would want to know about the position and roles i would have. It helped that it is my dream job.
