Very thorough from pre-interview exercises, to a robust in-person interview. The interview panelists followed a formal interview questionnaire, scoring the candidate after each question asked. Those scores were then tallied and the candidate with the highest score was offered the job.

Discernment process with the Bishop Advisory panel, Preaching and pastoral caring, safeguarding children, teenagers and adults at risk, leading a prayer group , Attending the PCC meetings every month. Reviewing your call every five years.
