take 5 days to respond. Overall, the interview was enjoyable and welcoming. Great place to work and improve your skills. Lone Star is also a good place to start your engineering career. New grads are all welcome
I applied online, and then was sent some assessments to fill to do. They say they don't have any impact on your application and is just to see where you're at. THIS IS A LIE. I followed up with them about the status of my application 2 over the course of the next 2 weeks. I never heard from them again. If the assessment is going to impact the process at least be honest about it.

Online aptitude, mechanical and personality assessments
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lone Star Blower (Houston, TX)
Interview
There was an assessment sent out to be completed. Once that was processed I was emailed to do a video interview the same day. They completely disregarded my availability. I had to move some things around on my schedule to accommodate for a role I believed that I was qualified for. I was informed that along with this interview, there would be an in person interview, another waiting period while they contacted my references, and a final interview with the team to determine if I would be extended an offer. I did not interview with a hiring manager but a colleague due to the work load at the facility. I would not recommend this company to any one. They seem to have a lot going on and expect a lot from the employees.
