I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Sept 2016
Interview
Online CV submitted then video interview HR; invited in to store for an interview. Found the experience rather rude and arrogant - felt like the wrong areas were focused on for a luxury interview; highly unprofessional. Disappointed to see that an international company like LV waste your time and effort and don't even have the decency to contact you either way afterwards. It's common courtesy and manners to advise all candidates of the outcome. An email costs the company nothing and could be completely generic with no brain power or effort needed. To be honest, this interview put me off the brand for life (even as an existing Louis customer) and I would discourage anyone to apply to the Edinburgh store, as this branch cheapens the brand.

Question 1
More like a chat, asking about my CV. During the video interview you were asked about the meaning of luxury and why LV.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton (Geneva) in Mar 2025
Interview

Cool chill group interview they really care about the standards and ask questions about the role and get to know you better. Overall good experience nothing crazy just try to stand out
First asked to submit a video answering few questions about myself and why I’d like to work for Louis Vuitton, than had two interviews (last one with the store manager)
