My biggest gripe is that it took two weeks to get a decision after my last round and they kept pushing back the deadline. My suspicion is that they made someone else an offer, but kept me on the hook as insurance incase something went wrong.
I would suggest scheduling multiple interviews per day. Have your finalists meet with the peer, SVP, and head of talent on the same day. Do this over the course of a week. You'll be able to get a decision out within a week of everyone's final round.
