3-stage interview process, first with hiring manager, then with their leader, then with the VP of the division, which was more of a screening than an interview. After my interviews, I was given an offer on the next calendar week.

Recruiter call, hiring manger and peer interview. Behavioral based. Interested in why you want to leave current company and join Lowe's/the role. Casual and friendly. I enjoyed interviewing here. It was not difficult.
