First step: Assessment based on complex SQL Queries - passed. Second Step: Interview with HR, Third Step: Interview with someone maybe from the development team. Started from basic questions, and then in detail questions about previous project work and technical/behavioral questions. At the end, interviewer said he is more than happy with all the answers. Send thank you email to him, Followed up with HR after a week, and its been more than a month now, and sending follow-up email every week, HR is not responsive, not responding at all. I feel like I waste three days of my life preparing for the interview for them. Very disappointed. If you are not serious about your hiring, why wasting someone's time and energy?

They call you for an interview. Then they tell you that your profile and experience exactly match with their requirements and at the end of the interview they tell you that you will get an invite for second interview soon. Next day when you wake up in the morning..you get an email that they are moving forward with other candidates and your skills doesn’t match with their requirements..how disappointing is this.. they asked me about my salary expectations at the end of the interview and I answered what I am looking for..they should let the candidate know what their budget is.. and give people a chance to negotiate..instead of rejecting them because of this reason..
