The hiring process was quite easy and efficient, I met with the Director and then with the manager in 2 separate interviews, I was supposed to meet with the VP but she couldn't meet with me once I was there but it didn't seem to affect the outcome. They gave me a job description and 6 resumes and asked me to evaluate the resumes and tell them who would make the cut for an interview and who wouldn't, I have had exercises like this before and the nice thing about Lutron was they told you the fates of each candidate whereas other companies didn't so you had instant feedback.
