I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at M·A·C Cosmetics (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
I attended a job fair. A lot of people in all black were in line. The process was pretty quick. I answered a scenario of questions and was then asked to return the following day bring a model to do a application on. On the day of the application I brought my mom (already knowing they would switch our models). I got a whole different model and we were given a scenario and had to create a look using investigations skills on a limited time and limited product. After the time is up the will go around and give you amazing feed back. After that you just wait for a call for an offer and bam your hired! Like me!
Pushy and all about the sale and not about your artistry. I've been a professional makeup artist for 6 years and it didn't matter as they want you to bang out a full face in 30 mins.
