Interview
Panel of three people mainly focusing on the personality aspect! They demanded a proof of every thing written in terms of your personality on your CV.They had a detailed discussion on my strengths and weaknesses.
Then they made me to have a one on one discussion with one other student on a topic of HR.
After this they again had a one on one discussion with me on various HR questions like how can adapt to the new atmosphere etc.

Question 1
Which all documentaries did you watch on astronomy?
Was multiple steps but they were fun. Some steps required face to face attendance but the earlier parts of the recruitment process was purely online. The questions were common interview questions.

Interview
The interview is well-structured and mainly inquires about situational and behavioral questions. For tips in preparation, it would help to review the job opening and figure out how your past experiences address the skills they require.
2 step process with HR and operations manager. Did a full tour and met different divisions. Was interesting and then they emailed me back with a final interview and online test.
