I only went through two rounds. The first round was phone interview with the HR, and the second round was an online interview with the head of the team and a senior designer.

The people who interviewed me had less experience. They were looking for a UX Designer and challenged me when I said that the user research is required to do UX Design. They said they have no access to users. Than they asked if I would be okay or not working as a UX Designer without access to users.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MAERSK (Bangalore Rural) in Jan 2024

Process was quick, completed all the 4 rounds within a time of month.
Cleared all the rounds but they had rejected me with no reason. it's a good company though.

Interview
Probably the worst corporate recruiting experience. Initially, there was a lack of clarity regarding the assigned recruiters, which resulted in frequent handovers between them. Moreover, the entire process spanned over three months, and the venue for the second interview was changed at the last minute without prior intimation, and the recruiter was unresponsive through their unavailable phone number. Subsequently, there was no communication about the outcome of the interview, and even though the status remains marked as "Interview," no feedback was provided despite repeated requests. Regrettably, other candidates were also treated in a similar unprofessional manner. Despite these shortcomings, the interview ambiance was amicable.
