1st round: Virtual HR Interview 2nd round: Assessment Center (Group Tasks) 3rd round: Virtual HR Interview 4th round: Panel Interview + Aptitude Test The whole interview takes about 3 months. Don't ask too many difficult questions. Focus primarily on your leadership, personality, team work and problem solving skills.

Mainly ask about your leadership experience and problem solving experience.
Was multiple steps but they were fun. Some steps required face to face attendance but the earlier parts of the recruitment process was purely online. The questions were common interview questions.

Interview
The interview is well-structured and mainly inquires about situational and behavioral questions. For tips in preparation, it would help to review the job opening and figure out how your past experiences address the skills they require.
2 step process with HR and operations manager. Did a full tour and met different divisions. Was interesting and then they emailed me back with a final interview and online test.
