Interview
Very relaxed, informal, professional q&a but not too serious, they are warm and friendly, they take a lot of time to get to know you as a person, whilst also focusing on your ability to do the job. There is a lot of informal conversation mixed up with professional questions. Overall nice people interviewing so nice interview.
