Interview was lovely and had a great chat with Richard but then didn't progres any further as already offered the role to someone else much further in application process which was a bit frustrating.
Initial brief 30 min interview via phone call, then a 30 min in person case exercise followed by a same day interview of a similar length by a panel of three

Explain my reasoning behind the case study responses

Interview
The managing director monologued at me for 15 minutes about his company and himself. Asked me around 2 to 3 very odd tangential irrelevant questions, then did the classic "I worry you'll get bored here". Basically, I just felt that he looked at my CV, read between the lines and didn't even bother to have a conversation with me or dig into any of the substance of my experience.
