I submitted my resume and cover letter through my university career center and met them in person at the career fair. I then received a call and an email to take a personality and skills test. They also held an information meeting where students gathered with the recruiters to discuss the program, what it entails, and the interview process. The first part of the interview was general behavior/situational questions, nothing out of the ordinary. The second part we were given a scorecard with fictional employees and their overall evaluations, I conducted a presentation about which employee I would coach, how i would go about it (what I would say to them) and why I chose that particular employee.
